Highlighting JBT Marel\u2019s ambition to enhance Service offerings to their global customers,\u00a0Diego Lages<\/strong>\u00a0has moved into the role of\u00a0Director Service, Fish<\/strong>. Transitioning from his role as Global Sales Director, Diego Lages brings 26 years of experience in the fish industry. His deep knowledge and understanding of customer needs will be of great advantage to the Service team.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

“I am incredibly excited to take on the role of Director Service, Fish at JBT Marel. This feels like a return to the days when I built strong sales and service organizations in several countries around the globe. At JBT Marel, we always go beyond the machines in our offerings, and now I have a fantastic opportunity to prove this commitment to our customers and the entire seafood market. Our customers will be at the center more than ever, and I will build on the very strong foundation left by my predecessors,” said Diego Lages on his new appointment.<\/p>\n

Stepping into the role of\u00a0Director Sales, Fish, J\u00f3n Birgir Gunnarsson<\/strong>\u00a0brings his extensive sales and leadership experience to drive growth. “I am proud to take on this new role. Growing up in Iceland, I have always been passionate about the seafood industry and automation.
