In this role, Roepke will lead USSEC\u2019s efforts to build trust, grow relationships, and strengthen market access for U.S. Soy across the region for the mutual benefit of U.S. Soy farmers and international customers.<\/p>\n<p>The regional structure updates will ensure USSEC is well-positioned to achieve its strategic goals amid evolving global market dynamics. The updated model realigns regional boundaries for U.S. Soy export markets, streamlines program administration, and strengthens USSEC\u2019s ability to support global priorities and deliver value to customers worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGuided by our core values and commitment to continuous improvement on behalf of U.S. soybean farmers, USSEC regularly assesses its effectiveness and efficiency,\u201d said Jim Sutter, USSEC CEO. \u201cThe new structure strengthens USSEC\u2019s focus on strategic priorities, vital relationships, and ensures U.S. Soy remains the trusted partner of choice for customers around the world.\u00a0 We are confident that Kevin will provide strong leadership across MENA and South Asia and look forward to the impact he will make in advancing U.S. Soy\u2019s presence and partnerships in the region.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is an honor for me to step into this role,\u201d added Roepke. \u00a0\u201cI\u2019m driven to connect America\u2019s soybean farmers to the global market.\u00a0 Their sustainable practices expand economic activity and nutrition security, both at home and abroad.\u00a0 We will continue to expand USSEC\u2019s vision of establishing trust amongst our stakeholders to maximize utilization and value of US soy throughout this great region.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><strong>About Kevin Roepke<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kevin Roepke serves as Executive Director \u2013 MENASA for the U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC). In this role, Roepke leads USSEC\u2019s efforts to strengthen market access, build customer trust, and grow demand for U.S. Soy across the MENA and South Asia region<\/p>\n<p>Roepke brings more than 20 years of experience in international agriculture, with a strong background in developing and emerging markets. Most recently, Roepke served as the Regional Director for South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa at USSEC. Prior to joining USSEC, he served as the Regional Director for the U.S. Grains Council.<\/p>\n<p>With extensive experience working in global trade, Roepke is well-positioned to guide USSEC\u2019s strategy and programs, ensuring the organization fulfills the mission of U.S. Soy to be a trusted, reliable and sustainable source of nutrition and energy worldwide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About USSEC<\/strong><br \/>\nThe U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC) focuses on differentiating, elevating preference, and attaining market access for the use of U.S. Soy for human consumption, aquaculture, and livestock feed in 92 countries internationally.
