The National Association of Poultry Meat Producers has sounded the alarm over an unprecedented crisis threatening the continuity of animal production chains in the Kingdom, revealing a significant shortage facing compound feed manufacturers in securing essential raw materials.<\/p>\n

In a statement, the association said that this disruption in supplies\u2014coinciding with declining selling prices and rising production costs\u2014has become a warning sign of the collapse of the production system and widespread bankruptcy among breeders, who are facing a real dilemma in providing feed for their flocks.<\/p>\n

Amid these critical circumstances, the association, which operates under the umbrella of the Interprofessional Federation of the Poultry Sector (FISA), stressed the urgent need for swift intervention by the supervisory authorities to ensure the supply of raw materials to the local market, alongside the adoption of a proactive strategy and clear emergency plans to prevent any future disruptions.<\/p>\n
