Ministry of Environment Launches 4 Investment Opportunities to Support the Livestock Sector and Boost Red Meat Production in Riyadh

The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture announced the launch of four (4) investment opportunities in Riyadh Region aimed at supporting the livestock sector, achieving self-sufficiency in red meat production, expanding cooperation with the private sector, and strengthening food security in the Kingdom, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

The Ministry explained that the investment opportunities cover a total area of 350,000 square meters, including three sites in Al-Kharj Governorate, each covering 100,000 square meters, for the breeding, fattening, and production of red meat. These include Plot No. 15 and Plot No. 17, with applications closing on November 17, 2025, and Plot No. 16, with applications closing on November 19, 2025.

A fourth investment opportunity has also been launched in Al-Zulfi Governorate, Plot No. 19, covering 50,000 square meters for red meat breeding, fattening, and production. The deadline for submitting applications for this site is November 16, 2025.
