His Excellency Eng. Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadley, Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, will tomorrow, Sunday, inaugurate the fifth edition of Middle East Poultry Expo 2026. The event will take place from 4 to 6 October 2026 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in Riyadh, under the theme “Innovate Today… Produce Tomorrow.” The exhibition will bring together 400 exhibiting companies and organizations from 45 countries, with more than 16,000 specialized visitors from Saudi Arabia and abroad expected to attend.

The first day of the exhibition will also witness the honoring of the winners of the inaugural Poultry Industry Excellence Award, a national initiative aimed at celebrating excellence and achievements in the sector. The awards recognize pioneers, companies, associations, cooperatives, and international partners that have contributed to establishing and developing the poultry industry, improving its efficiency, and strengthening its competitiveness in support of national food security objectives.

The awards comprise five categories: Lifetime Achievement (Pioneers); Excellence in Social Responsibility and Cooperative Work; Influential International Partner in the Poultry Industry; Leadership in Biosecurity for Safe Poultry Production; and Leadership and Excellence in Production and Manufacturing.

The fifth edition of the exhibition will cover a total area of 20,000 square meters, with broad participation from local and international companies specializing in poultry, feed, animal health and nutrition, as well as technologies and solutions related to the poultry industry. 18% of the exhibiting companies and organizations are participating for the first time, reflecting the growing interest in the Saudi market and the investment opportunities emerging within the sector.

The exhibition aims to strengthen its role as a specialized business platform that brings together investors, producers, suppliers, experts, and global companies under one roof. It provides opportunities to open new investment horizons, strengthen commercial partnerships, support and develop supply chains, and showcase the latest technologies, solutions, and innovations serving the poultry, feed, animal health, and nutrition industries.

The event will feature the participation of a number of relevant government and private-sector entities, associations, and organizations, alongside leading investors, decision-makers, experts, and specialists from Saudi Arabia and countries around the world. This further strengthens the exhibition’s role as an international platform for knowledge and experience exchange, partnership development, and the exploration of investment and business opportunities in one of the key sectors linked to food security.

The exhibition will also feature a specialized scientific and knowledge program comprising 20 scientific seminars, with the participation of leading experts, specialists, and representatives of local and international companies. The sessions will address the latest developments, technologies, and practices in poultry, feed, animal health, and nutrition, as well as discuss modern solutions and technologies that contribute to improving production efficiency and enhancing the sustainability of the sector.

Middle East Poultry Expo serves as an international specialized platform connecting global companies with the Saudi and regional markets. It provides participants with an opportunity to explore industry developments and market needs, identify investment and business opportunities, and establish partnerships among producers, investors, suppliers, and technology and service providers.

The fifth edition of the exhibition comes at a time when Saudi Arabia’s poultry sector is experiencing continued development and growth, driven by the support provided to the industry and the efforts led by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, in cooperation with the private sector, to strengthen investment, improve production efficiency, and develop supply chains. These efforts contribute to enhancing food security and achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
