UTRIX S.A.L. announces its official expansion into the Jordanian market, marking an important milestone in the company’s regional growth journey.
To celebrate the launch, UTRIX hosted a three-day program at its headquarters in Lebanon in September, welcoming 24 Jordanian industry attendees, nearly 90% of the country’s poultry sector, for technical sessions, collaboration, and a guided visit to the company’s production plant in Zahlé.

Technical presentations and plant tour
The program featured two days of technical presentations and one day dedicated to a plant tour. Guests saw first-hand UTRIX’s GMP+ manufacturing standards and quality systems, making it the only GMP+ certified feed additive manufacturer in Lebanon and across the MENA region. A keynote address was delivered by Dr. Africa Fernandes of Vetworks, titled “Mycotoxins in Practice: Situation, Consequences and Control.” Dr. Abdelrahman presented “Gut Health, Winning the Battle Against Disease Without AGPs,” outlining practical strategies to reduce antibiotic use. In addition, UTRIX’s product management team introduced the company’s portfolio, while technical teams demonstrated how to integrate solutions and services on farm for measurable results.
Expansion happens at the right moment
“As Jordan progresses toward restricting and phasing out antibiotic growth promoters in animal production, producers are actively looking for robust, field proven alternatives,” said Michel Daher, Business Development Director at UTRIX. “Our expansion comes at exactly the right moment: we pair science-based formulations with on-farm technical programs and reliable local supply, so customers can transition confidently and protect performance and improves their profitability.”
