Almarai Acquires Pure Beverages Industry Company in SAR 1.04 Billion Deal

Almarai Company has announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Pure Beverages Industry Company, in a deal valued at SAR 1.040 billion.

Pure Beverages Industry Company is recognized as a leading producer of premium bottled water in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, owning the well-known brands “Ival” and “Oska.” The company operates cutting-edge facilities, leveraging advanced production technologies that adhere to the highest global quality and sustainability standards.

This acquisition marks a significant milestone in Almarai’s strategy to diversify and expand its beverage offerings, reinforcing its market presence and commitment to meeting consumer needs. Almarai affirms that the acquisition is expected to deliver long-term value for its shareholders.

The transaction will be financed through Almarai’s internal cash flows. Completion of the deal remains subject to the fulfillment of customary contractual conditions and regulatory approvals in Saudi Arabia.
